Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Root’D, we want you to love every purchase. Our products are designed to inspire curiosity and connection through play, and we stand by their quality.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted for unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery.

• To request a return, please email support@rootdkids.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened kits, used toys, or partially completed craft sets cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
