Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped yet.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted for unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, please email support@rootdkids.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened kits, used toys, or partially completed craft sets cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
