Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• India: 3-7 business days

• USA: 3–7 business days

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please verify your shipping details before placing your order. Root’D is not responsible for lost packages or delays due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact info.culturequest@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
